The hotel is conveniently located near the town and marina, making it easy to access. the rooms are spacious and equipped with handy amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was clean with marvellous location to nearest cafe nearby and brand-new rooms. The staff were very courteous and the design was nice. Free parking on site provided. Salad bar and well-maintained pool.

Fast check-in, generally GREAT service. Separate room, clean bathroom. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Great and perfect location, to nearest cafe nearby.

The breakfast here was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. Located in a business area close to the port, so you can easily access the yacht dock and maintenance spot, as well as catch a ferry for a fun day out! 🚤

Basically we were very disappointed with it. The staff do not understand English and not polite. Big kitchen, but no cooking utensils. Wasted the big kitchen. Not up to the standard of Best Western, USA. Nothing special about this resort, need a lot of improvement.

It's cleanliness

Noisy neighbors. Not all facilities are working...eg. The fan, table light, sliding door to toilet is stuck, bath tub stopper not effective Overall facilities very sparse. Limited covered parking.

The rooms have a nice decor. Excellent pool. - Parking available on site. - Easy check-in process. - Strategic and convenient location, around a 10-15 minute walk from Masjid Sultan Idris.

I find the room huge and cleaness keep well.

The toilet design not that perfect, because they don't have any shower rose in the bath room.

I liked the scenery and the Pangkor Island

Went for the dinner buffet but the food replenishing was very slow and not the same dish. Breakfast was really bad, cold food and not much variety.

Spent christmas at this hotel and it was a letdown. the location was the only good thing as it was near the beach and a restaurant. the Christmas decorations were also well done.

The room was overpriced and small with uncomfortable beds. the bathroom was old and grimy with poor water pressure.

Quiet place with nice pool and private beach..you really can feel u are on vacation...just relax and relax...

This hotel meets expectations.

This is not a Best Western Hotel despite the advertising. It is an Apartment hotel under the Best Western brand The rooms are huge and clean, with basic services such as laundry and minimal room service. There is no Bar/alcohol in the hotel, the food is pretty poor but there is a lot of it. The location is good for the area and the quality of apartment is the best in the surrounding Lumut, Manjung Sitiwan local. WiFI ok and the TV is shocking only 4 local channels which are barely visible even if you could speak Malay/Chinese. The Hotel is on a resort which is still under progress, so it is very quiet. there is a good bar and food etc in the marina complex but it is very very very quiet. There is good access to Pangkor Island with a direct ferry service. Good for business accommodation best quality rooms in the location but thats it.

Love the huge room size and the quiet surroundings. Very clean place of course it is still new. Hope the management could maintain it well.
